About IVY & CO

IVY & CO Support Coordination was inspired by our daughter, Ivy, and created with a strong focus on genuine relationships, participant wellbeing, and personalised support. We work alongside participants, families, and support networks to help people navigate the NDIS with confidence, clarity, and the reassurance that they have someone in their corner.

Founded by Nathan and Kodi, IVY & CO was born from both professional experience within the disability and community services sector, and our own lived experiences of adversity. Through years of supporting participants and families, we recognised the need for a more responsive, relationship-focused approach to Support Coordination—one that puts people before paperwork.

With backgrounds in leadership, disability support, community services, and advocacy, we are passionate about helping participants build meaningful supports, achieve their goals, and live the life they choose. At IVY & CO, we believe every person deserves to feel heard, respected, and genuinely supported throughout their journey.

We believe participants should feel heard, respected, and actively involved in decision-making regarding their supports, goals, and future planning. Every participant has unique needs, and we work to ensure supports are tailored, practical, and aligned with individual circumstances.
